Garageband - Grade 9 Music

In Grade 9 Music, everything we do builds up to the next thing. Students have started with learning to play rhythms/patterns, reading notes and writing. They also created their own rhythms and are now  beginning to learn the ins and outs of digital music creation using Garageband.

Today, both the period 2 & 4 classes started their journey in Garageband and loop arrangements. We will certainly be building upon this and melding it with our rhythm knowledge. It is fun to hear the various songs that students have going through the classroom. Sound is what music class is about and sound is what they make!
