Media Arts - The Power of Media

The Power of Media. We are easily influenced by the media we watch. Media has revolutionized our world in different ways. The Beatles changed the world, movies have changed people's lives and books have challenged our thinking. 

Today, we discussed this power by watching 2 short films about Caine's Arcade. As well, we polled the students using cell phones to see what were the worst movies they have ever seen.

In the end, we have decided that it is stories that really move people to action. We want to have purpose in everything we do in this class. Looking forward to a great semester together!
