Note Reading Assignment - Grade 9

In order to complete this note reading assignment, you need to follow these steps:

1) Go to this link and complete the challenge - Note Reading Challenge

2) At the end of the challenge, it will give you a score. Look for the "View Report" button and click on that.

3) At the top of the report, you will see this (below):

4) Enter your name in the "Student Name" field and click on Sign Report.

5) You will now see the graphic below (similar):

6) Click on the code. Copy the verification code by highlighting it all, right click and select "Copy".

7) Go to this form and enter your name and paste the code in the appropriate box.

8) Click submit and you are done!
