INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC PROGRAM

The instrumental music program at Eden High School runs from Grades 10 to 12. After completing the Grade 9 music program, students may choose to continue in the instrumental music stream. The goal of the program is to introduce students to traditional and non-traditional band instruments as they gain the necessary knowledge and skills to play an instrument. Students continue to develop their ability to read music as well as apply the theory knowledge they gain to further enhance their performance ability through challenging repertoire and consistent practice.
